The building is pet friendly which is a fantastic and rare find lately...The location is superb, a nearby park on the same street and there are multiple groceries and restaurants that you can walk too. Overall a great experience. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful. The property manager Leigh-Ann is fantastic and Anne as well! All the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a pet friendly building which is wonderful and a dog park across the street. It was [already] a pretty good place to live [in], and then they renovated the exterior. Now it's awesome looking! I barely ever use my car for groceries as Save On is about 6-8 min walk. There is also a Thrifties about the same distance, a dollar store, multiple convenience stores/gas stations, and a really nice park with a seperate dog park and playground.
