There is a shared front yard that tenants are responsible for maintaining their side (lawn mower provided). Each side of the duplex has its own private driveway that fits 2 vehicles. Snow removal is the tenant’s responsibility. Appliances included: stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. No smoking or partying. References and proof of employment are required.
