Our apartment was great and we really liked all of our neighbours. We have lived in quite a few apartments but Hillcrest was the best! I have lived at Hillcrest Terrace for almost 3 years and as a life long renter who has lived in various places in Canada, this is the best building I have ever lived in. It is very well maintained, and is kept immaculate. Allison and team can be seen cleaning every surface daily. The tenants are friendly and it is a quiet building. The location is great and easy walking distance to downtown and Fairview Mall as well as being on the main bus route. I am very happy living here. Any problem or question was always dealt with easily and the building is clean and well maintained, and communication is clear, concise and done in a timely manner. I really enjoyed my time at Hillcrest and sad to be leaving. I really loved my unit and the balcony was a nice place to relax. The location is close to downtown and an easy walk to a lot of things. Most of all the management team are all great.
