There is one room available in the main level with shared kitchen and living room. It has its own toilet and shower and plenty of storage space. All appliances, furniture and utensils will all be shared and included in the rent. Internet, water and electricity are included as well. Only 1 tenant per room is allowed and must be non-halal, clean, quiet and organized. No overnight visitors will be entertained. Quiet hours from 11pm to 6AM.
