The big difference from other apartments I lived was that the building managers really make it feel like home. They would put up Holiday decorations in the main entry and do BBQ’s, lunches and snacks. Last year we even had a Halloween goodie bag on each of our doors. The building is very well maintained and any maintenance was done right away One of the best places to live in Langford. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Brenda and the whole team are the most supportive and friendly people on earth. Kudos to everyone for maintaining a healthy and cheerful environment. And not to forget the delicious meals served throughout festival season. We had the pleasure of being a tenant in the facilities for 3 years! Management is friendly, professional and kind. They are very understanding and accommodating to their tenants. Buildings are pet friendly, and you can always stop by the office for a dog treat. We recommend this building to anyone who is looking for an apartment. Was a tenant for a little over 2 years; very accommodating staff managing the properties and they go above and beyond during every holiday in terms of decorations, organized events, and even free food sometimes. What an amazing wonderful building! Jackie and Brian are what make this building a wonderful place to call home. They made a stressful move from the mainland to the island easy and made me and my family feel so welcomed. I love our unit and Jackie made sure we were happy (and we are) with our unit. Highly recommended! We had wonderful days we will never forget with Jackie, Brian, [and] Lina from management at Hoylake and our wonderful neighbours. Jackie and Brian are very involved with every issue and request. Hoylake is always a clean, well-maintained and well-managed apartment. I absolutely recommend.
