Mainstreet’s Kewanee Manor rental apartments in the Downtown Saskatoon area are a proud part of Mainstreet’s Heritage Collection, historical buildings with many original features that reflect the best of our community’s architectural history. What’s more, they still offer all of the modern comforts you need: they’re affordable, pet-friendly, non-smoking, cable-ready, internet-ready, and all in a great location close to downtown. Elegant suites with historical flourishes feature either heritage hardwood or high-grain laminate floors to retain their original look. We include the fridge, stove, and curtains to make moving in a simple process, and Kewanee Manor has the added benefit of being a low-density building, which equals less noise, fewer neighbours, and more space to yourself. Mainstreet offers onsite laundry facilities for your convenience; and secured building entry, keyless unit entry, video surveillance, and security patrols for your comfort. Mainstreet goes even further on affordability by paying your heat and water bills save you the most money possible. Don’t let someone else take your place in history;
