KILN brings bold, modern rental apartments to the heart of Grandview-Woodland. Studio to three-bedroom homes sit above ground-level retail, steps from Commercial Drive's independent shops, cafés, and restaurants. A social lounge, rooftop terrace, pet wash, and bike wash round out the building, with interiors designed with intent and built with quality. Visit KILN website for more information. *********** Grandview-Woodland has always done things differently — independent shops, local cafés, and creative studios line East Hastings, backed by a rich industrial history that still shapes the neighbourhood's edge. Transit, bike routes, and daily essentials are all within easy reach, making it one of Vancouver's most walkable and connected communities. This is East Van at its most authentic — bold, creative, and distinctly local.
