Great location and easy access to any part of the city as it is just off the Whitemud and 5 minutes to Southgate Mall. Hikers can hike in the River Valley which is only steps away. Amazing salt water pool and hot tub with gym overlooking the river valley makes working out a little more enjoyable. Included in the rent is all utilities (heat, water and power). Does not include cable or internet. Covered parking stall is also included and extra stall available for rent, if needed. Insuite laundry with washer and dryer. Newer fridge and dishwasher, also.
