Hi there. My little family and I are looking for a house preferably just outside of Brockville but would be okay for in town as well. Looking for a 3 bedroom or a good sized 2 bedroom with a yard and parking. Looking to stay in the $2500 plus utilities range. We would be more then happy to be responsible for our own lawn/yard maintenance and snow removal. I love to garden and we are very responsible, quiet people.
