Looking for a ROOMATE to rent a huge basement bedroom. Free run of the rest of the house (living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom). No deposit required, month to month lease with 30 days notice of departure. I do have two cats just FYI that are not allowed downstairs, and cannot add any more pets to the place. The cats are hypoallergenic and not allowed in the basement. Free parking. Free Laundry. Please no alcoholics. Smoking on the balcony is fine and I’m fine with pot smokers (not one myself). The last seven pictures are the kitchen, living room and washroom.
