The suite has its own private entrance, is spacious (boasting close to 1k t. of living space), is well kept, has relatively high ceilings, and some large windows that let in lots of natural light. The 3-piece bathroom has been updated with modern finishes. The kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, microwave, large oven, and a 4-piece stove. Who We Are: We are "young" (haha) respectful professionals who will be the landlord living upstairs. Who You Are: We are ideally looking for 1 to 2 max professionals as tenants with similar personalities and lifestyles as us to sign a 1-year lease that will then become month-to-month. Important characteristics we're looking for from tenants include being employed / able to pay rent in full on time every month, as well as respectful, clean, tidy, quiet, with high integrity, and very responsible.
