It is separated from shared spaces by a floor to ceiling tracked curtain. You share a massive kitchen and furnished dining area suitable for TV watching, lounging, or working at a desk. We also share a washer and dryer, lovely landscaped protected backyard, side yard, front yard, south facing balcony with BBQ, and garage with plenty of space for your vehicle and storage. All utilities are included except cable/satellite and phone. Wifi is fast (fiber optic) and unlimited. You could arrange cable/sat and/or landline if you wish at your cost. Digital keyless entry code for your safety and convenience. Video smart doorbell. Safe quiet neighbourhood: sometimes deer, owls or coyotes are in the yard. You can enjoy a morning cup outside and listen to the birds chirping in the well-tended backyard or solarium. In the spring, you can enjoy planting and tending flowers and veggies too if you wish. We take turns lawn mowing and sidewalk clearing but it can be done for you for a fee. There are developed trails and biking paths within 2 min walk. In 30 mins you can walk to the Bow River and a huge network of trails up and down river. There's a bus stop about 5 minutes walk. I am a friendly, clean (but not showhome clean), quiet 50-something lady with one spayed female cat, and a quiet nerdy creative teen daughter alternate weeks.
