Master bedroom with ensuite For Rent in Mahogany - ($900 a month, one month rent as a damage deposit/utilities included) Looking for 1 roommate to share my pet free home (due to allergies). One furnished bedroom with ensuite bathrooms on the top level, with a walk in closet. Loads of storage space. Hallway closet for extra storage, as well as a washer and dryer which we all would share. My bedroom is in the basement so privacy is not an issue for any of us. The main level is an open concept, fully furnished space including a living room, dining room, kitchen (dishes, cookware, appliances, pantry space included), and a 2 piece bathroom. A sizeable, furnished patio is an excellent spot to rest and relax, and the shed is great for storage of bikes, skis, etc. Street parking and one off street parking space available There is a park directly across the street, and a bus stop right beside it. Any of the perks that I receive as a home owner in this community (access to the beach, fishing, community activities, walking/biking trails, etc.) would be yours to enjoy as well, and are a short walk away. Less than 10 minutes to the hospital. Close to restaurants, banks, drug stores, shopping, etc. Tenant insurance is a must as are references. Only serious enquiries please. Please call *********** to learn more, and arrange a viewing.
