Parkwood Hills is one of Nepean’s most established and sought-after neighborhoods in Ottawa, offering tree-lined streets, a welcoming community and a convenient location. With parks, shops, services and everyday amenities close by, it’s an easy place to feel at home. Located in the heart of Parkwood Hills in Nepean, Parkwood Hills Residences brings together 826 homes across seven building types and multiple addresses along Inverness Avenue, Hogan Street and Meadowlands Drive East - offering three ways to live within one connected community in Ottawa. From apartments and townhomes to walk-up apartments, each home offers a comfortable, well-maintained place to live, surrounded by tree-lined streets, green spaces and the everyday amenities of an established neighborhood. 1. More Space for Your Money One of PWH Residences' strongest advantages is the balance between affordability and spacious living. Compared with many central Ottawa rental options, residents can access more living space without paying the same location premium. This makes the property particularly appealing to renters who prioritize value, roommates, growing households, or simply having room to live comfortably. 2. Everyday Convenience Without the Downtown Price Tag Parkwood Hills provides easy access to the essentials of daily life — groceries, restaurants, banks, shopping, fitness facilities, schools, parks, and recreation — while remaining more affordable than many centrally located neighbourhoods. Residents can spend less time travelling for everyday errands while still maintaining reasonable access to downtown. 3. Connected to the Rest of Ottawa Although having a car offers the greatest convenience, residents are not dependent on one. Public transit is available throughout the community, while quick access to major roads makes commuting across Ottawa straightforward. The location provides a practical balance between neighbourhood living and city-wide accessibility, including convenient connections toward downtown, Carleton University, Algonquin College, and the airport. 4. An Established, Comfortable Neighbourhood Parkwood Hills offers a residential environment that feels removed from the noise and traffic of the city centre while remaining connected to major destinations. Quiet interior streets, nature surroundings, parks, and nearby recreational opportunities create a comfortable setting for residents at different stages of life. 5. Dedicated On-Site Management Team Beyond the physical advantages of the property, on-site management is a meaningful differentiator. While many rental properties rely on centralized call centres or third-party management with little or no staff presence on the property, PWH Residences has dedicated on-site management available to assist current and prospective residents. This creates a more personal, accessible experience and gives residents the reassurance of having support close by.
