Renting out primary bedroom (with ensuite) in a 3br unit! Looking for female roommate to join undergraduate student + recent grad! Building has many amenities. Primary room is quite large and has private washroom. Lots of storage space and other roommates have equipped the apartment with furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. Third roommate will probably have to purchase a bed and desk, but we can help with that!
