A renovated one-bedroom with its own private rooftop walkout deck - the rare Annex find where your morning coffee and your summer evenings happen outside, above the treetops. The standout is the walkout: glass doors open straight off the living space onto your own private rooftop terrace, strung with lights, looking out over the rooftops and tree canopy of Seaton Village. It's the unit's own outdoor room - not a shared space. Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is bright and full of light - it's the top-floor unit, so you get sun on two exposures and no one living above you - with rich hardwood floors running throughout and tall windows on two sides. The renovated kitchen has full-height cabinetry (serious storage for the square footage) and stainless appliances. The bedroom is bright and fits a queen comfortably, with its own wall-mounted A/C. The renovated bathroom has a vanity, a glass corner shower, and marble-look tile. Heating and cooling are both ductless and controlled right in the unit - you set your own temperature year-round. **What you're walking out the door to:** You're in Seaton Village - the quieter, leafy "West Annex" pocket - a short walk from Koreatown's restaurants along Bloor, Christie Pits and Bickford Park, and the cafés, grocers, and banks at Bathurst & Bloor. Bathurst Station (Line 2) is roughly a 7-minute walk, with Dupont Station (Line 1) about 11 min walk. Two subway lines within reach. The 7 Bathurst bus stops right out front and runs straight down to Bathurst Station, where the 511 streetcar continues to the waterfront. Walk Score in the mid-90s, and the area is rated a "Rider's Paradise" for transit: you genuinely don't need a car here. **The unit:** - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ~600 sq ft, top-floor unit - Private rooftop walkout deck - your own terrace, just off the living space - Open-concept living/dining, hardwood floors throughout, bright on two exposures - Renovated kitchen: full-height cabinetry, stainless appliances - Renovated bathroom: vanity, glass corner shower, marble-look tile - Ductless heating and cooling, individually controlled in-unit - Bright bedroom (fits a queen) - Laundry on-site in the building - Bike parking available **The numbers:** - Rent: $2,075month - Utilities: water included; tenant pays hydro (which runs the in-unit heat and A/C); internet/cable not included - Available: August 1 - Smoking: no - Pets: considered case by case To book a viewing, message me here with a quick intro - who'd be living here, what you do, and your ideal move-in date.
