You come in through a tiled entry room with coat hooks and a cubby shelf, so wet boots and jackets stay out of the living space. Outside the door there's a covered area for bikes. Inside: - Living room with tall windows and a French door onto the deck. Bright and private. - Kitchen with fridge, stove and a butcher-block island - Bedroom with two windows, fits a queen bed - Stacked washer and dryer, plus a walk-in storage closet - Heated tile floor in the bathroom - Wood-panelled walls throughout. It feels like a cabin, not a condo. Partly furnished: queen bed frame with a shelved headboard, a six-drawer dresser, a clothing rack and a pull-out couch in good shape. No mattress. If you have your own furniture, we'll take ours out. Rent is $2,900/month. Wifi is included. Hydro is on its own meter and runs $40 to $80 a month depending on the season. Parking: one spot in the driveway in the winter. In summer, park on Tyrol Crescent. Best for one person or a couple. No smoking. No pets. Long-term tenancy.
