Maximum lease length: 6 months (negotiable for shorter terms) with possibility of extension afterwards. Can be furnished. The House: A spacious older bungalow with a backyard and garage. Fully furnished common areas, but if you are looking to move furniture we can discuss further details to see if it is possible. Located near the LRT, a shopping mall, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other amenities. Garage spot can be negotiated for slightly higher rent (garage is locked but not heated). Pet-friendly, though the house is already home to two cats (Bowie and Tina). Any additional pets would need prior discussion. Backyard is fenced with garden space and fire pit for social gatherings. The Roommates: Three adults aged 26-30. Two females and one male. Everyone works full time, two of us have 9-5 working hours, one with a shift schedule. We are easygoing but appreciate a tidy, clean space. Cleaning schedules are in the works. Often enjoy Mario Kart nights and positive energy.
