Fantastic location - 1 block from Brentwood mall and skytrain station. Fun location with Famous players, Rec Room, Winners, Browns, Save-on Foods, Whole Foods, Club 16 , Cactus club, etc. all within walking distance. Easy access to downtown, SFU, Highway 1 and YVR... The room is private and quiet, and fully furnished. There's a comfortable bed, night table, lamp, desk, chair, dresser, large closet, and private access to the balcony with a serene view of trees and outdoor space. Shared kitchen and bathroom with one person. The rent is $875 and includes WIFI, heat, hydro with heat control in the room. Females preferred due to shared common areas, thanks. The other rented has 2 kitties so must be okay with having cats.
