The Space: You’ll get a fully furnished bedroom and primary use of the second bathroom. This bathroom does also serve as a guest bath if needed. The apartment is perfectly situated near the upper bus loop, and since you're already on campus, you can finally conquer those dreaded 8:30 am lectures without the stress of a commute. We’ve got in-suite laundry, secure bike storage, parking, and fabulous south facing views of the city and local mountains. We are also conveniently located near a grocery store, coffee shops, hiking trails, and everything else the mountain has to offer. The Nitty gritty details: Rent: $1,600/month (All-inclusive, any shared supplies, all utilities). Parking: Secure spot included Vibe: I’m looking for someone tidy and substance-free (no drinking, vaping, or smoking). About the Apartment: Fully furnished/equipped (I’ve got everything! You name it, I’ve probably got it. Sheets, towels, hand soap, all kitchen equipment, in-suite laundry and everything in between). Just bring your personal effects 😊 Pets: I’d love to meet your non-shedding dog(s)! (No cats or shedding pups, please—my allergies can't handle them). Must be house-trained and OK to be left alone.
