Semi-furnished private room in a quiet Nanaimo home. Available October 1, 2026 for an initial six-month agreement. $1,000/month for one person or $1,250 for two adults. Security deposit: $500. You will share the kitchen with me, the resident owner, and have access to the shared living room, parking and washer/dryer on an agreed laundry schedule. You will share with my wife and me and our two well-behaved, trained dogs. Please clean up immediately after cooking, leave the bathroom tidy and take your agreed share of household cleaning. We value considerate noise levels, respectful communication and privacy. You must be comfortable with dogs and follow their training instructions, explained at the viewing and provided before move-in. One small, well-behaved dog may be considered after a successful, pre-arranged introduction with our dogs. No pet cats. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
