Available for now or anytime move-in, these furnished private rooms range in rent from $750/month to $1040/month ( room with own private bath). All utilities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, are included in the rent, which has been discounted for short-term stays (4-12 months). Each room allows for shared use of the kitchen and bathroom with 0 to 4 other individuals. The room comes furnished with a fridge, microwave, dresser, bed, table, chair, lamp, mirror, and closet. Additionally, bedding, cooking ware, and tableware can be provided free of charge. For laundry needs, there is a coin laundry in the basement ($2 for wash or dry). To ensure cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere, there is a live-in housekeeper on site. Currently, male and female university students reside here for stays ranging from 4 months to 2 year.
