Room for rent in shared accommodations in a newer home (2.5 years old). Rent does not include utilities which would be shared. The rental is for a room but the place is shared. Only one renter and my self. So 2 people max including me, Not looking to overcrowd the place. No last minute Applicants looking to move in the day after . That is an automatic no. There is bus service here but it is the on demand bus service that takes you to a nearby bus stop. Grocery stores and other amenities are 12 to 15 minutes away by car. Nice area. The room is unfurnished so is just an empty space. Its a new room about 8 x 12 plus a walk in closet. I can furnish it if needed, but would be an extra cost. I can provide other pictures as asked.
