Semi-private 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom unit available in University Highlands. This semi-private unit includes a private bedroom, private bathroom, and its own separate entrance. The space offers beautiful mountain views and a calm, quiet setting. There is a simple kitchenette with a dishwasher, plus shared access to the hot tub, yard, home gym and laundry. Internet and hydro are included. The space is fully furnished and move-in ready, with linens provided. Shared amenities are used by us- the homeowners (a couple in our 30s/40s)- as well as our friendly Golden Retriever. An animal lover is a must, and preference will be given to someone open to occasional dog sitting. The dog uses the yard regularly and loves attention. Gym and hot tub use would be shared, with notice provided where possible. Flexible lease durations are available. Ideal tenant: clean, respectful, and professional. Single individual preferred, but open to a couple. No smoking, vaping, or parties. No pets preferred, but one dog may be negotiable if they get along well with ours. Street parking only.
