This short-term sublet in the Fall of 2026 is perfect for someone looking to start their time in Toronto, while they're figuring out a more permanent situation. We are two current graduate students and a post-doc at the University of Toronto, hoping to sublet our guest-room. The room has a double bed, a built-in desk, and large south-facing windows. A signed sublease agreement and deposit of last month's rent will be required. The rest of the house comes fully furnished, with a dining room, kitchen, living room, front and back porches, as well as yard and garden space, basement laundry, and the other bedrooms. Space in the shared upstairs storage area is reserved for the tenant in the available room, since the room has no closet. Not suitable for people with cat or dust allergies— we have a very friendly cat! This is a non-smoking property (includes vapes, e-cigarettes, etc.) The house has two flights of stairs (basement and first floor), basement storage as well as a shared garage for bike storage. We are steps from Eglinton Station, in a neighborhood full of parks, cafes, shopping, and fun things to do!
