There's a Nespresso machine plus a drip coffee maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The pantry is stocked with some basics for you to start off with. The kitchen has a double door full size fridge, double oven/stove, built in microwave and Miele silent dishwasher. There are 2 separate bedrooms with one on the main (2nd) floor overlooking the main deck and the primary bedroom on the top (3rd) floor. The main/common bathroom with shower and laundry is on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in closet with storage cubby plus a small private deck at the back of the house. U of T St George Campus is on the other side of Spadina, so about a 2 minute walk away. The apartment is a 10 minute walk south of Bloor & Spadina where the main 2-way connection subway station is location, plus lots of shopping, restaurants and a major supermarket/grocery store. Walk to all the major downtown hospitals including Toronto General, Sick Kids Hospital, Mount Sanai and Toronto Western. All are less than 15 minute walk away. Control your own heating and cooling with your own furnace. Hot water is by an "on demand" system so there is always enough hot water. Hydro is included to a maximum of $100 with average being between $60-80 a month if you can do your laundry and run the dishwasher after 7pm. Parking cannot be included but the owner can provide occasional parking for your rental car or guests. Full time parking permits can be gotten from the city for approx $15 a month from the city.
