Those who know Halifax, know that Spring Garden is where the heart of the city truly beats. Who wouldn't want to live in our thriving, downtown core? You're just steps away from anything you'd ever want or need, from live entertainment venues to boutique shopping, specialty markets and coffee shops, not to mention the city's hottest restaurants. The excitement of the city awaits... If you dropped a pin smack dab into the centre of activity and excitement in peninsular Halifax, it would land right on top of your address at the corner of Spring Garden Road and Birmingham Street! With everything so close by, you may never drive again. Walk, cycle, or catch transit just outside your door. The Birmingham is well within walking distance to three universities, the Halifax Commons, three major hospitals, two great food markets, the city's best restaurant districts, a multiplex cinema, and the city's historic Public Gardens. Even a walk to the waterfront boardwalk takes only twelve minutes.
