Originally constructed as the Prince George Hotel, this three-storey heritage building has been thoughtfully restored into 13 unique residential apartments above ground-floor commercial space. Original architectural features, including exposed limestone walls, have been retained throughout the building and complemented by contemporary finishes and in-suite laundry. Each apartment reflects the building's historic character while providing the conveniences of modern living. Located at 200 Ontario Street, the property is directly across from Confederation Park, the Kingston waterfront, and Confederation Basin Marina, and adjacent to City Hall and Springer Market Square, home to many of the city's festivals, concerts, and community events throughout the year. Multiple Kingston Transit routes are nearby, while Queen's University, Kingston General Hospital, and Hotel Dieu Hospital are all within walking distance. Residents are also steps from grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, banks, and other everyday amenities.
