Amazing management & team. People here are very nice. Apartment qualifies are high & well isolated so no noise can be heard. The quality of the finishing inside the units is great. I haven’t seen a better place than these apartments. Quiet, great staff and amazing place to live I live at Trio on Belmont for almost 3 years and must say I loved living there. The building and grounds were maintained and kept clean. I loved my apartment and the view of the Iron Trail from the 7th floor. The management and staff were great! They did everything they possible could to be helpful and make our home there a pleasant place to live and always were easy to get along with. Had a great experience living in building B. Lived here for about a year and a half and met some fantastic people. Ashley and Tony were always a welcoming face, and the whole team do what they can in the best interest of all the residents. Management is incredibly helpful. Ashley and Jocelyn keep things running smoothly- they are friendly and professional and make you feel at home. Units are gorgeous. Balconies are safe enough even for a little child. Always clean and tidy and welcoming. Trio on Belmont is worth the price you pay.
