TVM Division is a newly renovated conversion. Originally built as a commercial/professional building, the property has been renovated and re-positioned as a mixed use commercial and residential property. The building benefits from a host of new HVAC, life safety and security systems for the commercial space. A new stucco façade provides the building with a strong prominent presence. Gated parking and excellent street exposure provide a strong presence for our commercial tenant. TVM Division is located in the heart of Cobourg's downtown business district. The property allows for frontage on Cobourg's main thoroughfare to the 401. High traffic count and visibility along a fresh and current look make the building a point of attraction and focus of attention. Cobourg's downtown businesses offer a full suite of professional services. TVM Division offers a distinctive address for select commercial tenants.
