All floors are mixed-gender , with 20 - 50 residents and one Don living on each floor. Each suite is gender-specific, has private lockable bedrooms and shared single-occupancy lockable washroom/s. Beck Hall consists of one shared lockable double room (shared by two individuals). Please view room details and floor plans below for more information. This residence includes shared spaces such as central laundry facilities and other shared amenities within the community. All courts and halls have an all-gender washroom on each main floor lounge. WatCard operated laundry facilities are located in each hall or court. Each building has access to building-specific lounges and study spaces. Multi-faith space, music room, and gym are located in CMH community centre. Residents are able to book shared rooms and spaces for group meetings or study sessions.
