These refined suites boast wall mounted electric fireplaces, microwaves, and brand new, energy-efficient ovens and refrigerators. The walls sport newly installed crown moulding, and an accent wall in the master bedroom.  The kitchens and bathrooms have new ceramic tile floors, cabinetry, counter tops and fixtures. In the bathroom you will find a new spa like soaker tub, new ceramic wall and floor tiles, cabinetry and fixtures. You will also value the upgraded blinds in all windows, modern lighting and en-suite storage. With professional management and a 24 hour emergency service, Village Millcraft apartments are well maintained, and our residents' concerns are always addressed quickly.  Village Millcraft's stylish suites are conveniently located! Located at 358 McArthur Avenue in Ottawa East, this rental community is conveniently close to all your daily necessities.  You can spend an afternoon at Strathcona Park or the neighbouring arena; or visit the community centre for additional recreational activities; or even head out to The Pine View Municipal Golf Course to improve your game. If you prefer shopping, the St. Laurent Shopping Centre and all department stores are easily accessible: there's even a grocery store in the plaza next door, or you can go to Dumochel Meat & Deli for specialized selection.  When you're here, you can take the night off and enjoy a professional meal at one of the many great restaurants in the area, then head out to the theatre or stay out late at the local bar or pub. There are pharmacies and medical centres close, and the Montfort Hospital is only ten minutes away.  Schools for all ages surround the community and  post secondary institutions are easily accessible - less than 15 minutes from the University of Ottawa!
