We have two fully furnished studio units available in Creekside, available starting October 1st. 1) Unit 1- One with a Queen Murphy Bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub. 2)Unit 2- Double Sized Bunk beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Both units have pots, pans, cutlery, kettles etc, Smart TV’s. Towels and sheets can also be provided upon request. Rates outlined below: 1 year - $2975/m Summer/early fall stays only- May 1st to October 31st - $2595/m. Winter Season Only - November 1st to May 1st $3495/m. Utilities are included in rent - heating, water, hydro/electricity, garbage collection, and snow removal. Optional Add ons: Highspeed wifi- $85/m Parking available for one car- $100/m for seasonal stays OR $85/m on a one year lease. Bike and ski racks, wax room on site. Laundry in building Short walk to Creekside Gondola, and local bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Sorry no pets per building rules.
