This outstanding property presents numerous development opportunities, including the potential for residential units complemented by commercial retail space on the main floor. The property may also be subdivided and sold separately, offering added flexibility for developers and investors. Situated on 5.7 acres, this impressive 105,000 sq. ft., three-storey former hospital offers exceptional versatility and significant upside potential. Current zoning permits various uses, including Industrial, Institutional, and Commercial development. The surplus land further enhances the property's appeal, creating opportunities for a separate development project. The building comprises two distinct sections: the Annex and the former hospital, which was named in honor of Captain William Jackman of Renews, Newfoundland and Labrador, celebrated for his heroic rescue of twenty-seven survivors from the wreck of the Sea Clipper off the Labrador coast.
