Operating dolomitic limestone quarry established for over 26 years. A unique opportunity for investors, contractors, or quarry operators seeking a resorce-based property with multiple potential revenue streams. Seller indicates the property size is closer to 140 +/- acres with limestone believed to extend througout the property. Currently, approximately 4.6 hectares are permitted for extraction prior to additional approvals or future permitting stages being required. Equipment on site includes a John Deere 100KW LP generator with 3-phase power, approximately 28 ton John Deere excavator, beam saw, table saw, and 20-meter wire saw. The quarry has historically produced quarry run (pit run), dry stack wall stone, and material potentially suitable for crushed aggregate, landscaping products, building stone and veneer applications depending on processing and market demand. Seller indicates quarry run has previously been sold by the truckload, dry stack wall stone marketed on a pallet and per-ton basis, and portions of the deposit may be suitable for higher-value cut limestone products used in architectural and building markets (polished tile, backsplash etc). Seller further indicates portions of the limestone may have potential for aggregate production and dimensional stone applications, however; buyers should conduct their own due diligence regarding quantity, quality, recoverability, permitted uses, approvals, extractions potential, environmental considerations, and market value. Seller estimates the currently permitted extraction area may contain significant aggregate value based on estimated deposit depth and historical assumptions, however; all figures are seller estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
