Exceptional opportunity to acquire To Bean or Not to Bean - Stratford Coffee Roasting Co., an established and profitable Stratford business operating since 2014. This is not a traditional coffee shop! This is a coffee roastery (with cups of coffee available for purchase). This locally owned business sources Fair Trade Organic green coffee beans from around the world and roasts them on-site to all different roasts levels to meet all different palate preferences. This business has developed multiple revenue streams through retail sales, commercial and wholesale accounts, customized blends, fundraising programs, markets, special orders and shipping. Coffee is roasted in small batches each week, supporting the company's well-established reputation for quality and freshness. The sale includes the recognized business name and goodwill, website and domain, social-media accounts, customer relationships, established products and roast profiles, along with the roasting, grinding, packaging, refrigeration and retail equipment required to continue operations. The business benefits from a loyal retail following and a diverse base of recurring commercial customers throughout Stratford, Kitchener-Waterloo, London and surrounding communities. Two trained part-time employees have indicated a willingness to remain, and the sellers are prepared to provide in-store and hands-on roasting training to help ensure a successful transition. The current operation provides considerable room for growth. Opportunities include expanding wholesale distribution, actively promoting the successful fundraising program, attending additional farmers' markets, adding espresso-based beverages and food products, opening additional days, developing wedding and corporate gift programs, and expanding online and green-bean sales. This is an opportunity to build upon an established local brand with proven products, strong margins and available production capacity. (id:7524)
