Great business or investment Opportunity! Rare opportunity to acquire a 5,008 sq. ft. industrial property in Vancouver's Marpole area, improved as a professional commissary kitchen and food production facility. The main level features a commercial kitchen, walk-in cooler and freezer, floor drainage, two three-phase electrical panels, four separate entrances and grade-level loading for efficient receiving, production and distribution. The mezzanine provides a reception area, a potential retail cafe, meeting room and three air-conditioned offices. This specialized build-out may save a qualified operator considerable time and cost compared with starting from an unfinished industrial unit. Well suited to restaurant groups, caterers, meal-prep companies, bakeries, packaged or frozen food producers, institutional suppliers, importers and distributors seeking an established Vancouver production base. Easy showing with appointment. (id:374)
