Lot
Freehold
Quick possession available for those looking to buy before 2027! This farm is 66 +/- acres workable with tile upgrades. The tile drainage was upgraded in 2020 to 4-inch plastic tile spaced at 25 feet, providing excellent drainage and strong growing conditions. The farm offers more than acreage, backing onto the 401 with an overpass to the west providing great visibility and the potential for advertising income. This field offers a diverse range of growing options with great isolation for seed corn. Soil composition varies across the field, becoming lighter along the south side, which is ideal for vegetable production. Tomatoes were last harvested in 2020. Refer to the listing photos for the specific area of lighter soil where tomatoes were produced. Conveniently located, the property is just an 8-minute drive to Blenheim and 15 minutes to Kent Bridge. Tile map and soil analysis available; a great opportunity for existing farmers or investors. (id:374)
