Bonfield
74 acres. No neighbours in sight. No condo board. No lawn police. No one asking you to keep the music down.Okay... now we're talking.Tucked away in Grand Desert, just outside Bonfield and an easy drive from North Bay, this 74-acre bush lot is the kind of place that makes you start thinking about escape plans. Not the kind where you need a passport. The kind where you turn off the road, head into the bush and suddenly realize you can't hear traffic anymore. There are numerous spots where you could build a home, a hunt camp, a weekend getaway or whatever else you've been dreaming about while sitting in city traffic. Hydro is available along the road, but if you're the kind of person who likes the idea of doing things completely off-grid, that's an option too.And there's plenty of bush to play with.Hunting is good in the area, and 74 acres gives you room to roam, explore, hunt, hike, ATV, snowshoe, cut some firewood or just sit around a fire and solve absolutely none of the world's problems.Maybe you're looking for a place to build your forever home.Maybe you've always wanted a hunt camp.Maybe your idea of a perfect weekend involves a chainsaw, a campfire and nobody saying, "We should probably get going."Whatever your version of getting away looks like, this property gives you the space to make it happen. It's not finished. There isn't a house here waiting for you.And that's actually the best part. You get to decide what this place becomes.74 acres of Northern Ontario bush, just outside Bonfield and close enough to North Bay for the necessities - but far enough away to leave the hustle and bustle behind.Come take a walk through it.Just don't blame me if you start looking at building plans on the way home.
