Near Palmer Rapids Ontario is a forested property of some 400 acres waiting for a new Owner to utilize and enjoy. From Lower Rosenthal Road a decent bush road takes you back to an old homestead with remnants of homesteading. There is a mobile home on the property that is hooked to septic, well & hydro, it is in rough shape & may have no value. Private, rolling land, mixed forest & a cool creek flows through the property. Close to Madawaska River and the village of Palmer Rapids. Build a home to live year round, build a cottage or a hunting camp, return to the homestead days, there are options.
