This spectacular 2.28 acres waterfront lot on Savage Harbour Bay offers the kind of views that are hard to find on PEI. Experience sweeping blue water views of the Bay framed by distant sand dunes and the waves of the Atlantic ocean. This location offers more protection from the winter winds and erosion than ocean front properties on the North Shore. The land has been kept mowed and transitions from a level clearing to a gentle slope at the end of the property towards your 150 feet of private shoreline for optimal views. The property is ready for immediate enjoyment. With a well, septic system, and electricity already on site, you can park your RV today and enjoy summer Island life while you design your future build. Bilberry Lane is a private, year round road that dead ends and is located 30 minutes to Charlottetown and 10 minutes to the town of Morell where you will find a friendly community and shopping/bank/post office, schools, etc. If waterfront living on a Bay was not enticing enough, minutes down the road is a locals favourite white sand beach, Lakeside Beach. You will be able to spend days soaking in the sun and swimming, beach walks at sunset and kids and grandkids playing in the soft sand. This area is very special to Islanders and those who discover it. If you are an avid golfer, just before Lakeside Beach is The Links at Crowbush Cove, where you can play overlooking the North Shore. And yes, there are beautiful sunsets! You are invited to visit, take in the views and stop in at Lakeside Beach, you will not be disappointed! It is the ultimate location for a dream home or a seasonal cottage. (id:374)
