Lot
Freehold
Prime woodlot just outside the city80 acres of forested land waiting for a new owner. You can confirm about putting in your own road from the access off Rte 118, right across from Serenity Lane, or use the wood road above the property, as well as either of the two other access points from South Barnaby River Road. Once you arrive, you wont be disappointed. The land slopes gently, offering stunning views, and is mostly softwood with some hardwood, roughly a 70/30 mix. Never clear cut, just firewood removed over the years. Theres real value here. (id:374)
