80.3-Acre Woodland Property ? Palmer Road. Own a substantial piece of Island forest - 80.3 acres of mixed woodland located in western PEI. This property has been professionally managed under a provincially approved Woodlot Management Plan through the Forest Enhancement Program, with more than $16,000 in documented silviculture work completed. The forest includes Black Spruce, Red Maple, White Spruce, Larch, and Poplar in various stages of growth, creating a healthy and diverse stand mix. Access is via a government road to the north boundary, which connects to an older internal access road that remains visible but is now overgrown and passable mainly by ATV or on foot. The location also links conveniently to local ATV trails, offering easy access for recreation or management. Property Highlights: 80.3 acres (deed lists 50 acres; verified by 2007 management plan) mixed softwood and hardwood stands; gently rolling terrain, seasonal access via unplowed government road, suitable for private woodlot, hunting, recreation, or long-term investment. Woodlots of this scale and proven management history are increasingly hard to find in Prince County. A perfect opportunity for someone seeking a private retreat or a well-stewarded forest investment.
