Lot
Freehold
District
Feltzen South
This oceanfront building lot is just right in so many ways: It faces South-West overlooking Lower South Cove with bright light in the day and romantic sunsets at night. It slopes at just the right angle for a satisfying view over the water and the other side of the bay, while ensuring easy access to the shore, consisting of over 180 feet of sand, cobble and some grass. And its 1.8 acre size is plenty for privacy, yet not too much to maintain. The land is serviced by a good private road and power poles nearby, so building and living the oceanfront dream will be as easy and economical as can be. Feltzen South is off the beaten trail, and not everybody knows how close it is to Lunenburg County's most popular features, such as the Town of Lunenburg, Hirtle's Beach, Spindler Beach, and the Ovens Natural Park with its sea caves, food and entertainment during the summer months. And with a popular pizzeria and wine bar five minutes away and the amazing Rose Bay General Store and Bistro just a few more, living here leaves nothing to be desired. (id:374)
