Nature is calling outdoor enthusiasts from this 47 acre parcel of thriving woodland with over 1800 feet of frontage on Beechmont Road!!! The impressive trees in this wooded acreage are a mixture of hardwood and softwood: eastern white pine, yellow birch, maple, hemlock and spruce. The land provides a cleared level portion near the road at one end of the property while most of the remaining land provides wooded slopes and contours and several ideal spots for building that special cabin in the woods. The property is approximately 20 minutes to Sydney and North Sydney and is in close proximity to Gillis Lake Falls and Ben Eoin Ski Hill. The acreage offers a peaceful rural setting and is ideally suited for homesteaders, hobby farmers, nature seekers and artisans who will be stewards of the land. The property is ideal for carving out walking trails, creating your very own park like setting and preserving its natural beauty while creating an extra special home for oneself. (id:374)
