Large corner lot with R2 zoning in the heart of Fairview. Great investment opportunity for a possible duplex development. Currently has a driveway off Frederick Avenue as well as Hillcrest Street. Disclosure: There was an oil tank that was dropped during demolition of previous structure causing some furnace oil to spill. Owner started remediation of removing contaminated soil but never finished. Property being sold as-is. Environmental assessment will be required. No documentation available regarding oil spill as this is an estate sale. (id:374)
