Lake Paul
115 acres of rolling lands made up of 4 acres of marketable Christmas fir trees and rest a mixture. Approximately 4 acres cut off 2 years ago and an additional 6 acres cut about 10-15 years ago. This rectangular piece runs along Hardwood Lake Rd, a fire road, right up to Aylesford Rd. Power poles run about half way up the lot along Hardwood Lake Rd. which does lead you to Hardwood Lake. Solid logging roads allow easy access to manage and harvest Christmas trees. Panoramic views from the higher peaks would make peaceful spot for cabin getaway or year round home. Lake Paul is just 20-25 minutes from the amenities of Berwick and Greenwood. (id:374)
