Lawrencetown
A rare opportunity on Lawrencetown Lake 100 of waterfrontage on a 3.5 acre lot that's already cleared and ready to build on. And this is no ordinary lake: Lawrencetown Lake is a natural saltwater tidal inlet, so the view is never quite the same twice. The tide moves through, the light shifts, the marsh changes colour with the season. Lot 2 Maple Drive is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, looking east to greet the sunrise over the tidal inlet with Lawrencetown Beach and the open Atlantic in the distance. The lot is build ready with a valid perc test, the ground work for gravel driveway and a cleared building site awaiting your plans. Outside your door: world-class surfing; the Salt Marsh Trail (connecting to the larger rails-to-trails network); and sheltered inlets for paddling. 11 minutes to Cole Harbour and 26 to downtown Dartmouth with schools, shopping, restaurants, and everyday amenities close at hand. This property is 22 km from downtown Halifax and yet a world away from it. Secure your piece of the coast today. The lot is to be subdivided prior to closing. (id:374)
