Beach access - what can it mean. Often a rough trail leading to a few pebbles, a tiny patch of sand and some rocks. Here we are not talking beach, we are talking MEGA-BEACH. And not one full of passers-by who feel like a paddle or a swim. This beach is essentially private, only accessible by a few lucky property owners at estate-like Blue Sea Landing. And not just a curve of sand either, we are taking acres and acres of perfect sand bars - and the water is unbelievably bath-water warm. It is really that warm. This level lot not only has access to this incredible beach but also access to a full size fenced hard tennis and basketball court. The Blue Sea Landing is a community. The development is manicured, carefully mowed, association maintained, and cleared of snow. There are no through routes so your peace, privacy and perfect natural surroundings are guaranteed. These lots rarely come to market which is no surprise considering their location, private yet near amenities. The adjacent lot is also for sale which would provide the owner with almost 6 acres of land in total and with access to the most pristine and beautiful beach imaginable. (id:374)
