Oh, Molega Lake! Boating, swimming, fishing, sailing ... there is no end to the fun it has to offer, and lucky are the ones who can secure a slice of its shore to call their own. Here we have an exceptionally nice slice. Located on the quiet North side facing plain South, three acres fan out nicely towards the lake, offering 650 feet of shorefront. The land is fairly level with some nice trees, but not too densely wooded as to get in the way of smooth development. Its beautiful, clean waterfront will prove accommodating to a proper dock and decent sized boats. Of course, swimming and kayaking are always options. A couple of neighbours, but not too many. If you love the lake life, it would be hard to find a better place to root and ground yourself. (id:374)
